About me
Dr. Carlos Salgado received a bachelor of science in pharmaceutical sciences from the University of Tennessee in 2022 and went on to complete his Pharm.D. at Tennessee in 2024. He began his career in pharmacy as a pharmacy technician with Kroger, advancing to senior technician and then working as an intern while in pharmacy school. He also worked as an inpatient pharmacy intern at a hospital. While in pharmacy school, he was active with the American Pharmacists Association, American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, and the American College of Clinical Pharmacy. He is interested in family medicine/primary care, along with neurology and work in academia. In his free time, he enjoys soccer, Dragon Ball, and Star Wars.
