Kristen Turner, PharmD, BCPS is the Manager of Clinical Pharmacy Services and Residency Program Director for the PGY1 Residency Program at Spartanburg Medical Center in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Dr. Turner completed her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Florida College of Pharmacy and completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice and PGY2 Pediatric Pharmacy Practice residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina. She is a board-certified pharmacotherapy specialist.. Prior to assuming her current position, Dr. Turner practiced as the pediatric clinical pharmacy specialist at Spartanburg Medical Center for over 12 years. In this role, she provided clinical services to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, and Pediatrics unit while serving as a preceptor for students and residents and site coordinator for experiential education.
