2025 Southeastern Residency Conference

Sarah Frye, PharmD, BCCCP is the Clinical Pharmacy Specialist for Surgical / Trauma Critical Care and Residency Program Director for the PGY2 Critical Care Residency Program at Spartanburg Medical Center in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Dr. Frye completed her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice and PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee.  She is a board-certified critical care clinical specialist and has worked with Spartanburg Medical Center since 2019.  In her current role, she provides clinical services to the Surgical / Trauma Intensive Care Unit while serving as a preceptor for students and residents.
